Can the battery be replaced? Can I do it myself?
Since we have committed ourselves to sustainability, our tour guide systems have rechargeable batteries which are inserted into the slots in our transport and charging bags and can therefore be recharged again and again. If a battery has reached a certain age or has been improperly handled, it must be replaced. As these are permanently installed in the housings, they cannot be changed themselves.
Please send us your tour guide system, we will check the condition of the battery and replace it if necessary.
