The new TG-200 eTour is the next generation of digital tour guide systems. The system offers an even longer, more stable range with a battery life of over 30 hours and even more radio channels for interference-free transmission.
Especially in tourist hot spots, travel groups can now choose from 52 channels approved in Germany. A further 18 channels have been approved for use in the EU and are also free of registration and fees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This makes group tours fun!
True staying power
Thanks to the new technology of the tour guide system, the system can be used for up to 10 days – with an average daily usage of 3 hours – without recharging the transmitters and receivers. The environmentally friendly lithium polymer batteries recharge in just 6 hours using the practical carrying bag. The robust charging concept is designed for 50 devices.
The TOM-Audio TG-200 eTour offers the usual large selection of microphones and receivers. These can also be stowed safely in the charging bag. BMS Audio has purposefully opted for the tried and tested ease of use. Features of the tour guide system include fast channel switching and straightforward grouping.

Central channel switching
If the wireless connection is disrupted by other groups transmitting on the same frequency, or external wireless transmitters, the tour guide can quite simply switch the wireless channel for the entire group by centrally changing the channel.
How it works:
- Switch the transmission unit to channel mode
- Select the wireless channel
- Confirm the channel to switch all recipients

Grouping and synchronisation
Splitting a group, either as a planned event or spontaneously, is quick and easy to do with the SyncKit. Whether it’s because of different languages, routes diverging, or because an unanticipated large number of participants needs to separate from a group.
How it works:
- Insert the transmitter and all receivers for the desired group into the charging bag.
- Set a radio channel on the SyncKit and place it into the charging bag along with the other devices.
- All devices that are in the charging bag will now automatically sync to that radio channel.
- Repeat the procedure with the next group using a different radio channel - done!

Electret Condenser Hand Microphone
The TOM-Audio DM-20 is modified by BMS Audio so it can operate with the TOM-Audio TG-100T pocket transmitter. A high-quality electret condenser cardioid microphone capsule was used in this modification. The cardioid pattern is effective in reducing ambient noise.
The TOM-Audio DM-20 (modified) is recommended when a headset or neckband microphone is predominantly used for guided tours and a handheld microphone is only required in exceptional cases.
If a handheld microphone is required regularly, the TOM-Audio TG-100H is preferable.
Charging drawer for 60 devices
This drawer is the ideal solution if the tour guide system will not be transported frequently. The charging drawer for 60 devices is permanently mounted in a sturdy metal housing. A rear-mounted fan ensures good ventilation even when the front flap is closed.
The metal housings are stackable and can be extended upward as desired. A set of castors is available as an option.

The TOM-Audio DM-20 is modified by BMS Audio so it can operate with the TOM-Audio TG-100T pocket transmitter. A high-quality electret condenser cardioid microphone capsule was used in this modification. The cardioid pattern is effective in reducing ambient noise.
The TOM-Audio DM-20 (modified) is recommended when a headset or neckband microphone is predominantly used for guided tours and a handheld microphone is only required in exceptional cases.
If a handheld microphone is required regularly, the TOM-Audio TG-100H is preferable.
