Individual charging via cable is possible, but we do not recommend it. With some devices, there is no clear indication when the charging process is complete.
Only one speaker can use a transmitter at a time. Two people cannot speak into the same transmitter simultaneously, as this may cause interference.
If two speakers want to use the same channel, they need to take turns: the first speaker switches off their bodypack transmitter after speaking before the second speaker switches on their transmitter and begins speaking.
Delivery takes place one business day (Monday to Friday) before the rental period begins via DHL Express, with delivery before 12 noon.
For the return, simply drop off the package containing the rental equipment at a DHL ServicePoint near you. We will include the appropriate return label.
Alternatively, we can arrange for DHL to collect the rental equipment from you one business day after the rental period ends for an additional fee of €21.00 plus 19% VAT. Collection takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so please make sure someone is available during this time.
If you already have a daily DHL collection, you can simply include the package with your regular pickup.
Yes, international delivery is generally possible. However, we do not ship rental equipment to countries outside the EU, as customs clearance can make delivery times unpredictable and often causes complications with returns.
Within Germany: Delivery via DHL Express (delivery before 12 noon) costs €35.00 plus 19% VAT. Return shipping via DHL Parcel costs €12.00 plus 19% VAT.
Within the EU: Delivery and collection via DHL Express start at approximately €230.00 plus 19% VAT.
