BMS Audio will deliver a keynote speech on “Communication in modern tourism” at this year’s Cologne RDA Group Travel Exhibition, the trade fair for group tourism, on 4 July. Visitors can hold further technical discussions with the company and test the latest product range after the talk at the BMS Audio stand A52 in Hall 9.

Some 900 service providers from the tourism sector showcase their new ideas and products at the RDA Group Travel trade exhibition in Cologne. This year, BMS Audio will also be giving a keynote speech on “Communication in modern tourism” as well as exhibiting its tour guide systems. At 3 p.m. on 4 July, Jonas Bayerlein will discuss the uses of tour guide systems, their added value and the potential savings to be gained from them.

“We would like to demonstrate to the trade public how organisers, travel guides and guests can specifically benefit from our tour guide system,” states Jonas Bayerlein, explaining the intention of the talk. “The product is so versatile to use, with the dialogue function in particular opening up new possibilities. We are giving customers real additional benefits by offering them suggestions and ideas for efficient marketing and sharing background information.”

Unlike with the basic version, using the TOM-Audio TG-101 eTour with dialogue function now allows participants to ask the speaker questions once the dialogue function on the transmitter has been switched on. The feedback function can be disabled at any time and the tour continued.

Like the TOM-Audio TG-100 eTour, the complete system comprises transmitters, receivers and the SyncKit. The system is virtually self-explanatory and can be used everywhere, thanks to a well thought-out charging and transport system for any number of devices.

Jonas Bayerlein and his team will be on hand to answer any questions trade visitors may have after the talk. Both models of the tour guide system can be tested at booth A52 in Hall 9.
