How long does shipping take?
It depends on whether you buy or rent a tour guide system or a mobile loudspeaker system from BMS Audio.
Purchase: If we receive your written order before 12 am, it will usually be shipped the same day with DHL Paket if the new goods are in stock. Deviating from this, you will of course be informed in advance.
Rent: Here we ship exclusively with DHL Express, so that the rented goods arrive one day before your first day of use. However, this only applies to the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. The dispatch of rented goods to other European countries (excl. Switzerland and Liechtenstein) can take longer, but is usually dispatched several days in advance so that the goods reach you on time. However, we cannot guarantee this. The rented goods will be picked up by DHL parcel between 8 am and 5 pm.
