Our sustainability commitment

Sustainability is one of the key issues of our time. People are encouraged to use resources sensibly and sustainably. But what does sustainability mean?

Essentially it means that no more resources should be used than can grow back. This terms originates from forestry, where it defines the principle of not felling more trees than can grow. This maintains the forest and means that it can be used for generations to come.

We have transferred the principle of sustainability to our tour guide systems.

Quality is of great importance with audio equipment for a perfect audio experience, ease of use and more stable products. For us, quality also means that we prefer reusable headsets to disposable ones. Not only does this avoid volumes of waste – they are also more comfortable to wear and adapt to each individual ear. To maintain these high standards of hygiene, all the headsets supplied with our rental tour guide systems are professionally cleaned, disinfected and freshly packaged after use. We also supply disinfection wipes for headsets used on the road to enable your visitors to use freshly cleaned headsets between uses. The cloths are alcohol-free, and so are gentle on the material and on your skin. High-quality crafted accessories are fun to work with. Your visitors’ enjoyment will also be long-lasting, as our components are extremely high-quality and guarantee a long service life.

Always up-to-date

Our tour guide system firmware can be updated. This means that the hardware does not need to be disposed of, rather new software simply needs to be uploaded. Our tour guide systems therefore all feature an interface for software updates. Once again, we save resources and ensure that your tour guide system features state-of-the-art technology so that you can enjoy using our tour guide systems for many years to come.

Green Power

It’s not just our hardware that is sustainable. Our clever charging concept means your batteries will be full again in an instant. So no need to constantly replace them. If you maintain your batteries properly, we promise that our lithium-polymer batteries, which incidentally do not have a memory effect, will have a long service life. A battery can be replaced easily should it reach the end of its service life after extensive use. Transport, charging and synchronisation all occurs in the same case. We also rely on local products when it comes to our cases, which are produced in the Erzgebirge region of Germany.
