TRADE FAIR PROLIGHT + SOUND
The Prolight + Sound is a trade fair for professional audio and lighting technology and takes place annually at the exhibition center in Frankfurt, Germany. For the 2019 event, around 43,000 visitors were welcomed to the exhibition grounds. The trade show is very popular in the industry and mainly showcases event technology for large stages. Over 820 exhibitors were on hand in 2019 to present their products and innovations.
For the 2022 event, Prolight + Sound planned to offer guided tours for the first time on different subject areas. For this purpose, an advanced solution for guiding visitors has been searched for. The concept of elysium® tgs was immediately convincing and the responsible persons of Prolight + Sound contacted us. Since especially the integration of co-guides as well as the quick change of a guide fit perfectly into the trade fair concept, a cooperation was quickly worked out.
USING THE APP
By using elysium® tgs, the organizational effort of the guided tours is minimized and still offers maximum flexibility, especially in the sometimes hectic schedule of the trade fair. The detailed feedback provided by using the App in a professional environment, allows us to further improve and adapt elysium® tgs.
